Your Time Back: privacy notice
What this experience records
When you start, we save your name, state, optional priority and support choices, public business-profile search evidence, and the exact illustration you receive. We record interaction events such as result views, support exploration, contact requests, and links to the recruiting site. A recruiting-site click is not recorded as a completed application.
Public research and service providers
Your supplied name, state, and any optional profile link are sent to a search provider to find public business information. Search snippets are unverified and may be incomplete or out of date. Research sources stay in the protected administrator workspace. We do not infer your private commission terms or personality from these profiles.
Private visit cookie and analytics
A signed, HTTP-only cookie associates requests with your own visit. It expires after 90 days. Identified visit access also expires after 90 days; expiry is not a promise of immediate record deletion. Hashed request identifiers support abuse limits. We do not use session replay or fingerprinting. Page analytics exclude administrator pages and strip URL query strings.
Contact is your choice
Researching a profile does not request outreach. Selecting Contact me saves an explicit follow-up request. Preferred business email and phone are optional and remain private. Staff must verify the correct person before outreach. This experience does not automatically send calls, emails, or texts, and the request is not consent to automated marketing.
Access and retention
Authorized administrators can review recorded visits, requests, and evidence for recruiting follow-up. Public-profile search caches expire after one day. Contact records and staff history remain available for follow-up and applicable business or legal needs. Data-minimization and retention procedures must be reviewed before public launch.
